If you only read one book this year, and it is Linchpin, you will have a more successful year (probably). The mindset of being an artist in the work you do is a phenomenal change to most people. The insight on understanding your Lizard Brain is truly necessary to see how your self, your emotional, logical, and primal self work together. Knowing this, will make you more effective in and of itself. However, the true value for most is simply getting permission to create your own map and to be an artist.
